You can apply for a CSAP Loan after meeting with an Admissions Advisor from CIMT College. To schedule your appointment, call 905-671-9999, or send an email to info@csapinc.ca, and ask to speak to an Admissions Advisor. Once you've chosen your program, your Admissions Advisor will schedule a CSAP appointment, so you can apply for a loan with a CSAP Administrator.

1. Admission Advisor issues complete Enrolment Package with details of program, fees, books, uniform (if any). In the monthly payment section, write "Pending application for funding from CSAP."
2. Admission Advisor makes an appointment for the student to meet with CSAP to apply for the loan

3. Student meets with the CSAP administrator for eligibility. It is helpful if the student can bring as much of the required paperwork to the initial meeting, which will speed up the application process.
Required Documents Documentation is required to support the information that you entered in the application. i. Proof of Date of Birth ii. Proof of Citizenship iii. VOID cheque from Financial Institution iv. Government issued ID with Photo v. Proof of your Social Insurance Number (SIN) vi. Proof of Address: One of the following documents is required Purchase Agreement Utility Bill Bank Statement/Client Slip (Directly from Financial Institution) Ontario Driver's License One of the following documents is also required: vii. Canadian Passport viii. Citizenship Certificate ix. Permanent Resident You must provide a copy of the front and back of your Permanent Resident Card. If you do not have one, provide a copy of one of the following documents: Record of Landing Confirmation of Permanent Residence Verification of Status If Married: You must provide a copy of your marriage certificate or an affidavit signed by you and your spouse confirming the date of your marriage.

4. Personal and Financial information will be requested by the CSAP Administrator. All information will be verified, including a credit check, to confirm if the student qualifies for a CSAP Loan.
5. Student and CIMT College will be informed by CSAP of approval or rejection of the loan application. If approved, a copy of application and repayment schedule will be given to student from CSAP.
6. CIMT College will arrange payment from CSAP and notify the student of the program start date.
7. Loan repayment is monitored by CSAP until full loan is repaid.
